I have been a long time NASCAR fan. I was watching the practice session where young Adam Petty made his last lap, and it made my stomach turn. Ever since I have become aware of the racing realities. I used too be assured that as long as the drivers had the proper safety equipment that regardless they would always come out A-OK. My older brother races at a local track here at home, and if anything ever happened to him like happened to young Adam, and Tony I have no earthly idea as to what would actually happen to me. I hope and pray that God will make this as easy as possible for you to get through. I have been through so many family losses in my short 16 years that I know there's no words you can say that will provide the kind of comfort that you need to actually make you feel better. Words of Wisdom: Regardless how bad it gets, face the world day by day with your head held high and a big bright smile. Those words always bring a new outlook to me in a regular day, and I hope they will bring a llittle bit of comfort to all of Tony's family, friends, and fans.
